Terrible Service and Billing Department is Incompetent
Our company has been with Waste Management for years. We have had pick up issues, as well as property damages, broken promises to fix our fence etc. But the absolute worse is their billing/customer service department. They are so incompetent! Forget about talking to someone local about your issues

0 I have just used Waste Management and their driver destroyed my driveway. When we sent them the pictures we were told they were not responsible. Their driver not only ruined our driveway, he drove away. Now we are stuck with a driveway that is unusable and two green bags that no one can get to.
