Lies about delivery and took my Money!! - Dumpster Dropp off
I confirmed on multiple occasions with WM when they would deliver a dumpster I needed for the weekend - The ONLY weekend I had to complete a project. At 4:30 they called to say they were running behind, but would try and make it. At 6PM, I called them to find they had cancelled my order, but there's no credit to my account. Customer service lied and Waste Management stole from me.
