Waste Management not picking up from my home
Waste Management . Waste management misses my home every single week. I have to call in to beg them to pick up my trash and they then attempt to make me pay for a pick up they missed. Does anyone know who I can complain to over their management?

0 I have a problem similar They refuse to pick up my garbage unless I haul my can to a cross street a few houses down. This is a change from over 10 years of curbside service. I am NOT happy with Waste Management, but they are the only game in town and they can do whatever they want. BAD customer service from this company, but they don't care.
