User comment: Waste Management not picking up from my home
I have a problem similar They refuse to pick up my garbage unless I haul my can to a cross street a few houses down. This is a change from over 10 years of curbside service. I am NOT happy with Waste Management , but they are the only game in town and they can do whatever they want. BAD customer service from this company, but they don't care.
