I cancelled my Waste Management trash service after being charged fees to place their service on hold while away on vacation! As I had paid for service in advance, they refuse to refund me my prepaid balance and further stated in their denial e-mail,"We truly appreciate your business and allowing us to service your waste management needs".

I just want refund of my prepaid charges.
